Formity was formed from a need to ensure its founder’s clients were compliant with their regulatory duties and an absence of affordable third-party solutions.
Garth holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales. Garth has many years of experience gathered across a wide range of industries & disciplines, including 4 years at Apple managing a finance team & developing custom reporting solutions. Most recently Garth has been working with AIM listed companies providing corporate & financial consulting services. Garth is a partner of Heytesbury Corporate LLP and Chief Financial Officer of AIM listed SigmaRoc plc.
Harry holds both an undergraduate degree in chemistry and a masters in computer science from Imperial College London. Harry is an experienced and exceptionally talented software developer. Harry is the Head of Software & Development at Sport:80 plc, where he has managed and delivered the development of their proprietary sports management platform since its inception in 2013.
Formity handles MAR insider lists and anti-bribery & corruption training across our entire group. It has greatly improved our compliance in these areas, which is critical to our operations, and the associated user experience in the process.
